UPDATE: Students Released From Texas School After Stabbing
(Houston, TX) -- Students are being released from a Houston, Texas area high school after a fatal stabbing today. Parents are being allowed to pick their children up at a parking lot near Spring High School following a three hour lockdown. Local media outlets are reporting at least one student is dead and another has been airlifted to a hospital for treatment. Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia is expected to provide more details about the incident at a news conference soon.

There are more reports of several injuries at the school. Life Flight was called to the campus on Cypresswood near the North Freeway.
