Korn's Brian "Head" Welch is on the road to recovery after successful kidney stone surgery.  But it's still unclear when the guitarist will return to the road with his bandmates for Korn's current tour in Russia.

Welch was admitted to the hospital earlier this week, and went under the knife on Thursday.

He took to Facebook afterward to thank the fans for their support and let them know that the surgery went well.  He added that it "looks like its all over," but didn't specify when he would be leaving the hospital.

Korn's Russian tour is scheduled to last through May 28th.  The band is also set to play Rock Fest in Kansas City, Missouri on May 31st before kicking off a North American tour at the end of June.
